ORDER FAQ'S

All orders ship from our warehouse in Utah. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Peak-season note: during our busiest periods (such as Black Friday), please allow up to 72 hours for fulfillment. If you need your order sooner, email info@ashergolf.com and we will do our best to escalate it.

For more information, please read our shipping policy.

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to start a return or exchange. To be accepted, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached; and / or
  • For gloves, unworn and returned in their original glove packaging.

Important: place the glove and its original packaging inside a polymailer or box before applying the return label. Do not apply the label directly to the glove packaging, or full credit cannot be issued.

You can start your return or exchange through our online returns portal. If you have questions first, email info@ashergolf.com with your order number and details (and photos if relevant) and we will help guide you.

The cost of all return labels is the responsibility of the customer, unless you purchased free returns and exchanges (Redo) at checkout.

For more information, please view our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Refunds, store credit, and exchanges are issued only after your return is received and accepted at our warehouse, not beforehand. Once your return arrives, please allow 1–3 business days for us to process it. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, which may take additional time to appear depending on your bank.

Exchanges are credited at the amount you paid for the item. If you bought the item on sale, the sale price is what applies toward your new item. For our Limited Edition and Seasonal Collections, sizes can sell out quickly, so we recommend repurchasing the correct size right away and returning the original. That way you are guaranteed the size you need in the glove you wanted.

For more information, please view our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

Yes. All Asher products are covered against manufacturing and quality defects, not normal wear, misuse, or wash damage.

Gloves are covered for 3 months from the date of purchase; if your claim is approved, we'll send a replacement, or a gift code for the amount you paid if that glove is out of stock. Apparel is reviewed case by case and should be essentially unworn, with the issue being a quality defect rather than a wear or wash issue.

To start a claim, fill out the form on this page with your order details and a clear photo of the issue, and our team will take it from there

GOLF GLOVE FAQ'S

The leather and the details. Every ASHER glove is cut from a single piece of AAA Cabretta leather, the softest, most responsive leather in the game, so it wears like a second skin and gives you a cleaner connection to the club. From there it's all in the finish: tonal stitching, a fit that breaks in fast, and colors you actually want to wear. A premium golf glove built around the one thing that matters most, feel.

You wear your glove on your lead hand, the one at the top of the grip, so it does the gripping while your dominant hand stays bare for feel. Right-handed golfers wear a glove on the left hand; left-handed golfers wear it on the right. So if you play right-handed, order a left-hand glove, and if you play left-handed, order a right-hand glove.

Your ASHER glove should fit like a second skin: snug across the palm, with no loose leather at the fingertips. Same fit you'd expect off the pro shop wall. Order your usual size.

Still not sure? Measure your glove hand (your left hand if you play right-handed or your right hand if you play left-handed). Wrap a tape measure around your palm at the widest point, just below the knuckles and above the thumb, then match that number to the chart. If you fall between sizes, size down. The premium Cabretta relaxes slightly as you play.

It depends on how often you play and how you look after it. Rotating two gloves and drying them flat between rounds is the single best way to stretch their life. When the leather thins at the palm or the fit goes loose, it's time for a fresh one.

Leather gloves are built for feel, not downpours, so in heavy rain most golfers switch to a dedicated rain glove. In heat and humidity, let your glove air out between holes and rotate a second one if you can; it keeps the leather feeling its best and helps it last.

Yes. Gloves are covered for 3 months from purchase against manufacturing and quality defects (not normal wear). Just fill out our Warranty Claim form, and if it's covered we'll send a replacement, or a gift code for what you paid if that glove is out of stock.
